I am very happy with the service I received so far, and have always felt good leaving the dentist. I have one appointment left and can't wait to receive my final 3 bridge.

Dr. Gianino and his staff worked extremely hard to resolve my very complicated situation. It took a lot of work and study on his part to achieve the end results which is truly remarkable.

My teeth, my gums, my oral health has come a long, long, way! It is much improved from the day I first set foot inside the doors of this practice. I am truly thankful for the dental care I receive.
—Felecia H.
I graduated from Worcester State University in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Chemistry. At that time I was inducted into the National Biology Honor Society Beta Beta Beta. Desires for adventure lead me to the Midwest. I attended Loyola University of Chicago School of Dental Surgery and received my DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 1990. After four wonderful years in the "windy city" it was time for me and my new Bride to head back home. Our first stop was in Hartford Connecticut. Here at Saint Francis Hospital I received my certification in a one year General Practice Residency.
From 1991 to early 1993 I associated with Dr's Harring of Concord Mass and Bouchard of Winchendon Mass. January of 1993 to the present I have been at 40 Massachusetts Avenue (2A) Lunenburg Mass. I bought the practice from Dr. Marc Speiser.
I am a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and Wachusett District Dental Society (past president). Presently; I am a liaison at Mass Dental Society on the Council on Dental Practice, and an advisor for both Montachusett Regional High school Dental Assistant and Mount Wachusett Community College Registered Dental Hygiene programs.
My philosophy is a simple one. Treat people with kindness and respect as you educate and care for them, and the gratitude they will show you... money cannot buy! It is a privilege to care for people the way I do. The transformation I have seen as people become healthier and happier is phenomenal! With today's technology and early diagnostic techniques I am able to not only educate individuals on their Dental Health needs but also help them achieve the healthy, beautiful smile they deserve!
