Melanie Leger – Lead Dental Assistant

Melanie was educated at the New England Dental Assistant School in Worcester, MA. And she received her radiology certification from Boston University. She has worked in Dr. Gianino’s office since December of 2003 and enjoys being a part of a profession that helps people smile and achieve optimal dental health. Her favorite part of her job is helping people overcome anxiety in the dental setting. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. She is also very excited about her October 2010 wedding in Hawaii!!

Luba Chua – Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a dental hygienist since May 2006. I joined Dr. Gianino’s office right after graduating from Quinnsigammond Community College. I love being a part of a practice where the patient’s best interest comes first. We try to help people achieve good oral health through preventative services and education. I take a lot of pride in my profession. I came to the United States in 2000, from Russia. My Russian background and genetic predisposition put me in the same chair as my patients, and going through many of my own dental problems. I learned a lot and like to share my knowledge with our patients. Recently, I became a mother of two wonderful twin girls! On my days off, I spend time walking outside with my girls and 3 dogs. I also spend time doing photography and reading.

Shannon Kirby – Dental Assistant

Shannon received her radiology certificate from Tufts University. She started working for Dr. Gianino in June of 2009 and was privileged to receive excellent on-the-job training from both the Doctor as well as the staff. Shannon enjoys work with a team that is so devoted to their patients and their patients ultimate health. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her fiancé and friends. She loves to travel, even if it’s just a long weekend trip!!

Tricia Imprescia – Lead Registered Dental Hygienist

Tricia graduated as a registered dental hygienist from Mount Wachusett Community College. Tricia has been working with Dr. Gianino since 2008. She enjoys being a part of such a compassionate dental team that is committed to helping their patients achieve optimal health. Tricia recently had a destination wedding in Jamaica and has found a new love of traveling. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and taking continuing education courses.

Cathrynn Woodbury – Receptionist/Schedule Coordinator

Cathy started working at Dr. Gianino’s office in March of 2010 and is enjoying every minute of it. Helping things run smoothly for all the girls and the doctor make her feel accomplished. Also, a hairstylist, Cathy loves being around people all day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend and little bunny – Lolly!!

Jennifer Scirocco – Office Manager

Jennifer has worked with Dr. Gianino since 1995. Having been an assistant from 1993 until 2009, this gives her a unique prospective on all aspects of patient care. Although, she does miss direct patient care, she now enjoys helping people achieve optimum dental health in a different manner. She lives in Townsend with her husband, two daughters and grandfather. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, NASCAR and spending time with her family.
