Restorative Dentistry

• Implant Restorations— While Dr. Gianino does not place implants, he keeps up to date on implant restoration techniques. His careful and meticulous method will leave you feeling confident about your smile.

• Tooth-Colored Composite Fillings— If you’ve had some tooth decay, but don’t want to get telltale silver filling, consider a tooth-colored composite filling. They are just as effective as amalgam fillings but camouflaged to blend with your all-white smile.
• Root Canal therapy---- On those occasions when the nerve of a tooth has been irreversibly damaged, endodontics can help you save your teeth.
